Anybody got resolutions for 2008?
Posted by dirkpitt77 on Sunday, December 30, 2007 10:03 PM

Yeah, I never keep mine either.   This year I resolved not to buy any model kits.  I have four or five in my stash that oughta keep me ok.  My wife was VERY understanding and let me pick up a couple pistols for Xmas, so I figure I'll go easy on her.   Maybe just tools, accessories, paint n stuff.  I still need to get the light kit and some aftermarket for the PL 1/350 E I hope to build this year.  Eh, ya never know.

yes!

1: build MORE Models this year. I seriously slacked last year. Things like house projects got in the way. NO MORE! I made a BIG dent in the resolution today with progress on something I really dreaded and now it is done and Im moving on.

2:  Get up to walking at least 3 miles a day, then up to five for 2009.

3: Join the 501st Legion and start trooping!

Happy New Year! Build a model!

For the first time ever I am making a resolution to get into better shape.

Not that I'm a complete lardo but over the last few years I have gained wait, eaten less healthy foods, exercised less and completely threw adequate sleep right out the door.

Oh, and build more models.

Happy New Years everyone.

Well, my modeling-related resolutions are simple:

(1)Finish my current WIPs (shouldn't take long).
(2)Complete three models.
