I've this small feature running on my site for a while now. Basically, it's a Google map (provided by Frappr) which fellow modelers are encouraged to place a marker on it to show others where in the world they are.
The main aim of this is to give other modelers a rough idea where people live, to see how many fellow modelers are neighbours and as both a Guest Book for my site and a place to leave links to your own sites and forums.
Please feel free to go to http://ghostofzeon.com/etc/map.html and click the add yourself button. There is a quick sign up involved through Frappr, but it is quick and safe, then upload a photo and insert some details and wha-la, you'll be on the map!
