experiences ordering direct from Eduard??

Hello all,
I placed a web order for about $150 on the Eduard website on 1/19. On 1/23, my Visa account was drafted for the purchase amount and the Eduard website indicates my order was shipped on 1/24. As of today, 2/24, I have not received my order. I've emailed Eduard several times but no response. I've ordered from Eduard before, but don't recall it taking this long.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with Eduard? Should I be worried?
