I build with talk radio blathering away in my ear or with CD's rocking the house.

Art Bell is great to listen to while doing tedious model tasks...

I do either while I build.  For TV, a WWII movie, History Channel, or COPS.  Music, usually Pink Floyd.

Usually nothing, but if there is a major weather event such as a hurricane making landfall, I'll play the Weather Channel while I'm modeling. Rarely, I'll play the radio such as the "Jim Rome Show" or the "House of Hair."

Right now I either have iTunes rolling on shuffle or internet streaming radio.

Seeing as how I live alone, I only have 1 TV and it's in another part of the house.  But I've been thinking of getting a second one set up in the model/computer room so I don't have to chose between building and catching a game or something Big Smile [:D]

I also watch (or primarily listen to) TV or a DVD. Typically, the History Channel, Sci Fi Channel, or on disc, something like "The Color of War" series will be on the tube.

How many people listen to music or watch TV while they model? I usually listen to my Mp3 player and occasionally to the radio.
