I build with talk radio blathering away in my ear or with CD's rocking the house.
Art Bell is great to listen to while doing tedious model tasks...
podcasts (history, soccer, baseball) - many military history themes, check out Pritzker Military Library, audiobooks, YEAH METS GAMES, and NOTHING wrong with classical music! ;)

I keep hitting "escape", but I'm still here.
Right now I either have iTunes rolling on shuffle or internet streaming radio.
Seeing as how I live alone, I only have 1 TV and it's in another part of the house. But I've been thinking of getting a second one set up in the model/computer room so I don't have to chose between building and catching a game or something

But what I came up with is to set a fairly large mirror on the couch and that allows me to watch it through the reflection. One bad thing about this setup is all the words are backwards, but I'm getting fairly good at reading backwards.
Reading backwards is a good skill to have(JK)

I like to listen to talk radio, usually "Coast to Coast".
Or a "theme" movie.
Apollo 13, The Right Stuff- Real space models
Monster, Sci-fi movies- Monster figures. sci-fi models
etc.
How many people listen to music or watch TV while they model? I usually listen to my Mp3 player and occasionally to the radio.
