Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, October 30, 2003 6:46 AM
Ok I know it might be pre-mature but....my wife keeps nagging me about what I want for my Birthday(11-27) and what I would like for Christmas...I think I have the birthday covered I told her a new airbrush compressor...as far as Christmas goes though I have no clue!!!!

So what would you like to find under the tree?

Make it easy for her Chris. Take her to the hobby shop and show her what you DON''T want. Shorter list! Big Smile [:D]

I'd be more than satisfied with one of those new 14 Megapixel Digital Cameras. Since my wife won't mortgage the house to buy it, I guess I'll settle for anything 3.1 or above. As far as models, there's only a few that I would really like to have... let's see:

1/35 Tamiya Dragon Wagon
1/32 Tamiya F-14 "1994"
1/35 Dragon SS-1C "SCUD B" w/MAZ-543
1/350 Trumpeter Nimitz Class Carrier (if they ever release it)
1/32 Trumpeter Corsair
1/32 Academy F/A-18C

That would keep me busy until next x-mas, anyway. Are you listening, Santa?

Man, that thing is insane! I'd have to finish my degree in engineering just to learn how to read the instructions!

BTW, I work with the guy pictured above. If you have any requests, be sure to let me know, and I'll pass them on to "The Man."Wink [;)]

The 1/32 B-17G or Revell-Germany's new 1/72 scale U-Boat would make me unbearably happy!!!

Sod Santa's wishlist.. Here's mine:

Decent airbrush with ditto compressor, a nice tiger or panther.. Not too flashy, because my skills aren't quite there though.. a 1:35th UH-1, a knife sharpener, a bullbar and some driving lamps, a roll cage and an airsoft minigun..

Model wise: Any german armor would be good (I've got my eye on the Tamiya Panther with PE)
Otherwise: A couple months of insurance payments (roughly 350 a month for me I found outSad [:(])

Ahh, the Christmas wish list. Here are a few things that I am passing along to my family and friends:

Trumpeter- SA-2 (the launcher or the truck version. I don't care which one)
Tamiya -T-55 (can't get enough of these kits)
AFV Club- YPR 675 (nice funky Belgian vehicle)
Dragon T-34/72
and finally.........the 5 Star Models SA-6 resin kit. I just bought the 2S-6M kit, now I need the Gainful to go along with it.

Oh well, I can dream, can't I?...hahaha
