In a word, no.

From the Forum Guidelines:

/forums/603246/ShowPost.aspx

5. Advertisements. If you would like to advertise a product that your commercial company manufactures, or if you are an individual private seller, you can buy a classified ad in the magazine or an ad on the Web site. This includes all buying, selling, and trading. Any posts that appear to be an advertisement or transaction will be deleted

There are other sites, and other forums that do. Search them out!

But you can hang out and make some friends and do what friends do. But advertising isn't a good idea.

I dont see anything wrong with trying to trade a kit but of course, there are issues involved there that I'm not thinking of.

Its definately modeling related though, Big Smile [:D]

You can PM someone that is interested so you can exchange emails.

There are many other sites, such as armorama that allow this.

I have an extra Monogram 1/48 Hind helicopter kit and since I am getting int o1/72 armor I was looking to see if trading it for DML's new T-34/85 in that scale would be a fair trade or actually any of the allied armor kits from DMl in 1/72 as long as it isn't German.  Don't really know the value of the hind kit anymore since their oop.

Hmm, what do you guys not understand about the forum rules?  Just because you think it is fine, or "since the ice has ben broken", doesn't mean you still try to trade/sell it here.  Like Bgrigg said above, try the other sites.  Armorama, ARC, Missing-Lynx, Hyperscale, etc.  all have Buy, Sell, & Trade forums.

Rules are rules.

Gents,

Let's take the selling, trading, etc. offline, please. Use e-mail or PM, but keep it off the public Forum.

Cheers,

First off sorry I asked the question and no I wasn't going to trade it through here after the first no, but as to why I didn't try the other forums first? well its cause since I found this one I prefer this one to most of the others ones so I tend to lean towards favorite forums first.

Ok I understand no sell or trade, cool I should have read further but like I said it was awhile ago I tend  to forget, won't happen again.  I'm done ,it's dropped :)

Okay Thomas.

Things are usually more easy-going here. Even I didn't realize the passion that your query would elicit. Just make friends and enjoy the site.........then PM for other stuffWink [;)]
