Always nice to hear about good service from large corporations.

Now if we can just get the oil companies to show a little sympathy. $135.00 a barrell.

Insane.

Props to Model Rectifier Corp.

Just wanted to post up a plug for MRC aka Model Rectifier Corp.   Back near the end of March I opened up an MRC kit that I had bought from the LHS a month or two back, to peruse the contents.  The kit was one of their older "Texaco Service Station from the 60's" kits.  Well, after looking through it, I couldn't find the decals for the kit.   I emailed MRC about the possibility of getting another decal sheet and about a week later (I'm sure they were busy) got a response from a gal named Carol, who said she would be glad to replace them.  Lo and behold, guess what I got in the mail the other day?  You got it--decals!  And at no charge!

All too often we hear about the bad experiences with vendors, so I thought I'd post up a good one.  So here's a hats off to MRC--stand up people.
