Francisco's model asks, "What if projects designed by Junkers and Siebel at the end of World War II were developed by the Soviet Union?" To reproduce this fantasy craft, Francisco married two 1/72 scale kits with plastic strips: Planet Models' Ju 287 V3 and Huma Models' DFS 346 (a rocket-powered, high-speed research aircraft).
