To compose a wartime diorama, Tom posed a MiniArt 1/35 scale road and building with a 1/35 scale transport from Tamiya and Dragon figures. He hand-painted the scene with Model Master enamels and Tamiya acrylics, then weathered it with artist's oils. Tom says, "It's by far my best diorama! It took me three months to complete."
