“This is Eduard’s 1/48 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-6,” says Alan, who says he chose to build the plane as that of Anton Hackl in March 1944. Alan’s was a straight build, although he did add a PropBlur photoetched-metal propeller. “I think this is the best way to simulate a spinning propeller and add life to an otherwise static aircraft,” he says.
