Matthew built Revell’s 1/72 scale “Pirates of the Caribbean” ship,
hand-painting it with Tamiya acrylics, applying a wash to each color, and
rigging it with black string he found at a crafts store. “This is my first
attempt at a tall sailing ship,” he says. “I am very happy with it and keep it
on a shelf with a clear acrylic case protecting it.”
