Italeri’s
1/35 scale M20 scout car got tarps, tie-downs, extra stowage, and radio
antennas from Randolph; The open driver’s hatch is from Verlinden. Dried mud in
wells and lower body is a mixture of white glue and dirt. A dark wash,
dry-brushing, and several coats of earth-tone pastels completed the weathering.
“And what’s an American vehicle without at least one German helmet strapped to
it as a souvenir,” Randolph adds.
