“This is my Airfix 1/24 scale Junkers Ju 87B-2,” writes Geof. “I chose this kit for two reasons: One, I've always wanted to build it, and, two, I found an early version of it on my local hobby shop’s ‘scratch and dent’ shelf. It was missing decals, but otherwise complete.” Montex Super Masks helped Geof with the painting, but all the markings are by hand for this version. All insignia and markings are painted. He slightly modified the figures’ poses and put a lot of work into getting the cowl to fit right, he says. He finished with Testors Model Master Acryl and Tamiya paints.
