“I’ve always liked the M24 Chaffee light tank,” Scott says. “In addition to its long service with many countries throughout the world, it also appeared in many movies and TV shows, such as ‘20 Million Miles to Earth,’ ‘The Day the Earth Stood Still,’ ‘Jonny Quest,’ and others. I modeled this 1/72 scale Hasegawa kit as a French battle tank used in the Indochina conflict.” Scott added grab handles made from staples, painted with Testors enamels, and weathered with artist’s oils. The swamp water is a mixture of EnviroTex resin, pigments, and a drop of green enamel paint.
