Eric writes: “I customized this 1/10 scale Tamiya Ford F350 radio-controlled body by installing the fender-mounted bins for a client who wanted a display model to show to potential clients. This required kit-bashing two bodies, cutting out the door from one fender and installing it in the other. I finished it with spray-can primer and paint and installed aftermarket wheels and tires mounted on custom axle tubes made from Evergreen styrene. The door in the fender is functional and closes flush with the fender — just like the real thing!”
