Tom didn’t leave this collectible in the box, no sir! He treated Revell’s 1961 Supersonic Gift Set as its creators intended. “Copyrights imprinted on the kits range from 1953 for the F-94 to 1959 for the J 35,” he says. Previously released separately in scales that fit their respective boxes, the aircraft and scales (according to kit historian Tom Graham) in the big box were: Saab J 35 Draken, 1/71; Lockheed F-94C Starfire, 1/56; Douglas D558-2 Skyrocket, 1/54; Convair F-102A Delta Dagger, 1/77; North American F-100C Super Sabre, 1/70; and Douglas X-3 Stiletto, 1/64.
