Dean Edmondson, Antrim, Northern Ireland
Dean got decals from Linden Hill for his Trumpeter 1/32 scale MiG-23. He says, “I chose Red 121. I really like the old Soviet bloc aircraft. I think this color scheme is very like the SEA camouflage used in Vietnam.” He airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics diluted in water; the gloss finish is Johnson Klear floor polish (Future here in the States). “This model was brilliant,” Dean says, “a real joy to build, as everything except the tail fin fit perfectly.
You did this model proud, great work all around..I love it !
Dean....I too enjoy the old Soviet aircraft. They always looked crude and drab, but they certainly had it where it was needed. Powerful and fearsome. Great job, hope to see more!
Nice work Dean, where do you guys display these 1/32 kits anyway?! Suddenly getting the urge to find a Flogger for my collection, in 1/72 of course.
Lol Vance just go for the 32nd offering you must have some room.
