Steven says he built Academy’s 1/48 scale CH-46E for a friend who worked on them in the Marines. He used Eduard’s photoetched-metal cockpit set and masks and made his own decals for the U.S. Marines Purple Fox Squadron. Gunze Sangyo Mr. Color enamels are the finish. The Oakland Raiders decal was added as a personal touch for his friend, Steven says. “He’s a big fan.”
