Eduard 1/72 scale 'Strip Down' Fiesler Storch - February 2013

Mac Felsing, Bozeman, Montana

Eduard’s 1/72 scale “Strip down” Fieseler Storch “is mainly photoetched-metal parts with some plastic parts for the cowling, struts, wheels, and leading-edge flaps,” Mac says. “There are times you have to walk away from this one.” He spent about 80 hours on the build.

Mac   Wow. The ribs must have drove you crazy! So thin and fragile. Clean and straight lines. Very nicely done!

Looks like a pretty tough build, especially in 1/72 scale.  Don't know if I could do this one, mega kudos for doing such a nice job.
