The upper surfaces are Testors Model Master enamel gloss international orange, the undersides Floquil Railroad Colors reefer white. I rubbed out the surface with toothpaste and over-coated it with Pledge Future floor polish. I created the Iowa ANG and individual unit decals on my computer and used an ink-jet printer with Testors blank decal. The national insignia, notice, and warning decals came from my spares box. After sealing the decals with another shot of Future, I over-coated with Floquil Crystal-Cote gloss clear.”
