Developed by Messerschmitt as a successor to the Bf 109, the Me 309 underperformed and never caught the fancy of the World War II German air ministry, the Reichsluftfahrtministerium. Achilles built Czech Model’s 1/48 scale kit and airbrushed it with Testors acrylics and enamels.
