Rob Byrnes

Chuck Yeager achieved an aviation first when he pushed the Bell X-1 past the sound barrier. Rob throttled up his modeling, too, augmenting Revell’s 1/32 scale kit with a scratchbuilt instrument panel, dropped flaps, removable access panels, and an engine cover. He painted with Floquil reefer orange, over-coated with Pledge FloorCare Multi-Surface Finish (PFM), applied Cutting Edge decals, followed with a sealing coat of PFM, and finished with Testors semigloss clear.
