Answering the 60-year-old question, “What, me worry?” Darrell built Revell’s 1/8 scale “Alfred E. Neumann Strikes Idiotic Poses” to tease his brother, president of a local model club. “We call him ‘The King,’” Darrell says. He based the flesh tone on Testors Model Master wood enamel; red pastels color the cheeks, and freckles are applied with colored pencils. Pledge FloorCare Multi-Surface Finish makes the eyes and teeth gleam. Darrell left seams at the shoulders unfilled so he could keep the arms movable for other poses.
