Hasegawa Hikawa Maru — August 2015

Launched in 1929, Hikawa Maru was a luxury liner sailing from Yokohama to Vancouver and Seattle. Per built Hasegawa’s 1/350 scale ship, adding Hasegawa photoetched-metal and wood-deck sets. He hand-brushed Vallejo Model Color and Tamiya acrylics and finished with Testors semigloss clear. The rigging is UNI-Thread polyester fly-tying thread.
