“Decades of building military vehicles and figures has meant an awful lot of olive drab and other dull earth-tone colors, so building a pink Land Rover was a lot of fun,” says David. He built Tamiya’s 1/35 scale SAS Land Rover Pink Panther, added lenses for the headlights and other lights, attached photoetched-metal latches for equipment, and threw a pile of gear onboard.
