He built Tamiya’s 1/48 scale Fw 190D, but Joseph plundered an Eduard Fw 190A-8 for its canopy, instrument panel, port-wing 20mm cannon, and landing gear. He also added: an Aires update set that included a cockpit, engine, and gun bays; tail-fin interior from CMK; an Ultracast control stick; and Aeromaster decals. He painted the plane’s exterior with Vallejo Model Air acrylic colors; Mig washes accented panel lines and other surface details.
