Dan Morton

Omaha, Nebraska

Dan paid homage to the Ron Marshall painting of an Australian Light Horseman and his mount, “A Drop for My Mate,” tapping Verlinden products for a Napoleonic horse as well as parts for the head, hands, rifle, and boots. “All the Napoleonic saddle and horse equipment was removed and replaced with appropriate Australian and British equipment,” Dan says. He sculpted the 1/16 scale figure separately with a mix of Kneadatite and MagicSculpt. Eduardo Garcia Lope painted the piece.
