Mel writes: “This is an imaginary privately-owned Aero L-39 built from a Kovozavody Prostejov 1/72 scale kit I bought for $3 at a local IPMS show. The scarcely human crew members were rescued from an even cruder Soviet kit of a Bristol Blenheim that I bought at the same time for $1 Canadian. Much filling, filing, and fumbling was involved.”
