A comment in an online forum prompted Van to build a “what-if” 1/35 scale M8 halftrack, using two Tamiya M8s to stretch the vehicle enough to accept running gear from an M3. While he was at it, he installed a Grant turret with a 75mm gun to give his Greyhound more bark and bite.
