Achilles was inspired to model the TBM Avenger flown by former president George H.W. Bush from USS San Jacinto. Building Trumpeter's 1/32 scale kit, he detailed the interior, wired the engine, and painted with Aeromaster (out of production) and Testors enamels, using pastels for stains and streaks. His judgment of the kit is that it’s “not for the faint of heart or short of patience.”
