Robert Pollack

Longview, Texas

Robert built his AH-64A and the Ranger for his son back in ‘05, after he graduated from flight school at Ft. Rucker, Alabama. The base has Robert’s son’s original pilot wings on it. Robert added landing gear from Scale Aircraft Conversions, wheels from Armored Models, photo-etched metal from Eduard, a gun from Master Modeler, and resin details from Black Dog. He painted the model with Ammo by Mig Jimenez paints. The background came from Noy’s Miniatures and the ground crew is a variety of old Monogram figures. Robert also used pastels and silver pencils to weather the Apache.
