Matt made this 1/8 Excelsior-Henderson Super X in CAD and 3D-printed the parts on an Elegoo Saturn 3. The bike totals 45 parts with each sanded and finished. Vallejo acrylics finish the black pieces; AK Super Chrome covers the chrome parts; and Scale Finishes lacquers top the tank and fenders. A few scratchbuilt pieces were used where resin would not have the needed strength or the tolerances were too tight.
