Logan marked his Tamiya 1/700 scale USS Hornet (CV-8) as it appeared on April 18, 1942, at the beginning of the Doolittle Raid. He modeled the moment in which James Doolittle flew his B-25 off of the flight deck, marking the start of the raid.
