The De-ice cable is connected to the deice distributor, located on top of the Bifilar cover. (the top of the rotor head) The cable is routed through clamps to the De ice connector at the base of each main rotor blade. Near the end of the M/R hub, the cable has a branch which runs to the bottom of the M/R hub and connects to the M/R blade droop stop. So, when the M/R de ice is turned on the blade leading edge and the droop stop pin are heated to prevent icing, or in the case of the droop stop, freezing in the "fly" position and allowing the blades to droop to dangerous angels upon shutdown of the acft. Without further ado, pics!

Same concept fr the tail rotor blades. Cable comes from T/R de ice stator and connects to T/R blade
Hows that for TMI?
