What do you want to convert them into? Cobra Company has some 1/35 weapons and armaments sets for them, and a set to back-date the Academy 1/35 C models to B models.
Fireball Modelsworks has a few different decals sets for them. In US Army and US Navy service, they were pretty much just OD Green.
