Cockpits during Vietnam were gray with black for the individual instruments and panels.  The seat cuchions were red early on, then switched to medium green.

Hey all,

Between school and work I think I can squeeze in a little building.  Saturdays after mid-terms are great.  My current project is Academy's 1:48 "CH-46A/D US Marines Vietnam."  There's going to be many questions about this bird to come.  Interior references are going to be hard to find.  My first questions are:  In Vietnam, were the cockpits all flat black like they are now?  Second, what color are the Pilot/copilot seat cushions?

Semper Fi,

Chris
