Cairnsy,

Sounds like you're doing the same thing as me. I'm building the UH-1C basically OOB to get a feel for the MRC kit.  Feel free to do the same one I posted if you'd like.  The more the merrier.  I can't wait to see the Bushranger and B model.

Thanks gents for the kind comments and for the advice on posting pics. I'll keep them coming as they progress

Rotorwash, I'm a little up in the air on what scheme will end up on the Iroquois .I'm torn between just doing the standard OD with standard US Army markings as though it's used as an unarmed utility Helo/Trainer or something to that effect or possibly after checking out your plans for  the Rucker birds I do like the Day Glo panels to add a dash of colour so If I decide to go with that please consider it a form of flattery and not Plagurism and I promise i'll build a different Tail no!.

The Charlie is not an ultra special build I'm looking to make something reasonable out of it whilst cannabalising quite a few smaller parts for A UH-1H Bushranger Gunship build like first aid kits,Fire extinguishers, weapons mounts (the doors will be shut on the Charlie anyway easier to hide the deficiencies!) and also get familiar with the kit for my upcoming RAAF UH-1B with Cobra B model backdate and Eduard Photo etch I really want to do justice so hopefully you'll see some pics of those 2 popping up soon.

Cheers

Looking great!  Exactly what kind of UH-1C trainer are you doing?  I'm working on a Ft. Rucker trainer with orange panels right now myself.  Keep up posted on your progress.
