Thank you very much for sharing these.  Do you know if these were all flyable?  I really like that little XROE-1 (I think that is what it is called).

I think that most of them are.  Don't know about the historical exhibits...

I remember those old Bell 47G's from my childhood; in recent years I've even seen one flying around Phoenix on occasion (although I've not seen it in a while). They definitely have a distinctive engine noise that always sounded like there was a lot of loose change flying around inside the engine.

That 47 rotor head sure looks a lot different than the OH-13's I went to school on in the late 60's.  Lots of added counterweights up there.
