Needing MH-6/ AH-6 reference pics ....
Posted by modelchasm on Sunday, June 21, 2009 7:38 PM

Howdy all. I'm making decent progress on my current MH-6 Littebird build (I've been posting in the Dio Forum), but I continue to need to reference pictures and I just don't have all that many. I've pretty much scoured Google for pics and have saved most everything I could get my hands on.

So, I thought I'd try here. If anyone has any personal pics that they'd like to share, can you please post them? Or if you don't want to load them onto some photo website, please PM me and I'll give you my personal email addy.

Right now I'm really needing pictures of the interior ceiling behind the cockpit (basically the underside of the rotors), a good pic of the main rotor itself, and really any others you'd like to share.

Thanks in advance.

Scott,

There is an AH-6J walkaround from James Green that I posted on ARC:

Here's an AH-6C thread where Jon and I posted walkaround pics:

Here's an MH-6 walkaround on Prime Portal:

Hopefully, those will be of some help.  I think the Prime Portal walkaround in particular will be usefull.  Good luck and post some pics of your build.

Howdy Ray,

Thanks for those links. However, I've already got pretty much all those pics. Those are good ones, but the problem with those walkarounds is that they are all taken from the floor at eye level.

Thanks again though.

Bummer!  I knew that would happen eventually as I have been posting a bunch of pics lately.  The photos should return on july 5th, but send me an e-mail with your e-mail address and I'll send em to you.  Looks like I may have to consider upgrading my PB account.

    Ray

Edit: got your PM.  I'll get em to you soon.

Awesome! Thanks Ray, I got'em! The tail rotor pics are very helpful, along with the exhaust pics.

I'm still looking for a good shot(s) of the main rotor/ the top of the engine as seen right behind/ above the windscreen.

If anyone else has pics they wouldn't mind sharing I'd appreciate it.
