Looking for the decals MPD/Mini Print for Mi-24D Hind

Hi all I am looking for those decals for Mi-24D Hind but can't find it anywhere. Maybe somebody knows or maybe somebody owns it and does not need it. I am from Poland, tried even Hannants in UK but it's sold out. Any info will be much appreciated. Pictures of what I need below.
