UH-1V_CE,

Thanks! Yes, its the old ESCI kit. By far still the best 72nd UH-1D/H Huey kit. Big Smile [:D]

DJ,

Thanks for the kind words.

Calvin,

Youre most welcome. Just tell me if you ever need shots of a Bell 205. Hope to see photos of your work soon.

Mike,

Thanks! Am in Sampaloc, too. Near Holy Trinity Parish in Balic Balic. How about you? We must practically be neighbors. Drop me an e mail. Maybe we can meet sometime?

Thanks Allan. But I probably won't be detailing my 1/72 too much. I will, however, be building a 1/48 Marine bird sometime in the future. During my time with them I got a chance to fly in a Huey, Frog & Sea Stallion. Getting refs for that shouldn't be much of a prob, though as I collecting info now ( including web sites ) Thanks again, Allan !! - CalvinCool [8D]

Thanks Mark. Much appreciated.

Lodni,

Arigato! You might want to check out http://ipms-phils.50megs.com. There are some detail shots of the Huey there. I have some pics of the real chopper portrayed here, including the engine and interiors, but they werent taken thru digicam and have to be scanned first. I could send them to you as soon as I can get them scanned. You might find the engine shots useful. The interior of the PAF rescue chopper has been modified and might not have commonality with JGSDF machines.

Great job, Allan-san! 1/72,eh? I've got an Italeri kit that I was thinking of putting in JGSDF markings. Can't find any ref's, though.

After seeing your US Army soldiers I'm not surprised to admire another one of your masterpieces.
Well done!
Merry Christmas to you, too.

Here are a few images of my 72nd scale Phil. Air Force Bell 205A. Most of the detail parts seen here are made from scratch. Ive had the privilege of taking a ride on the real chopper portrayed here and taking shots of it while undergoing maintenance before it crashed a few months later. Tell me what you think guys. Oh, and Merry Christmas! Angel [angel]
