The color is not supposed to be metallic.  I think what you are seeing is areas that are rubbed thin and the underlying aluminum is showing through.

Does it have the metallic sheen that I see in some of my reference images, or is the color not supposed to be metallic?  Thank you.

The color is available from Testors in their Model Master line.  It is called USSR Interior Blue/Green.

Trumpeter Helicopter Interior Color Question
Posted by Cbax1234 on Sunday, December 13, 2009 5:11 PM

Hello.  Does anyone know how to mix, either from Tamiya or Model Master paints, the correct blue-green for the interior of Trumpeter's Mil Mi-4A Hound A and Mil Mi-24V Hind-E helicopters?  Or, is the color readily available?   Thanks for the help.
