Black is VERY stark for use on washes. you may want to consider using a dark gray or burnt umber instead. Dry brushing with a lighter gray is good, but you also may want to consider some aluminum highlights on high use are edges.

 I used raw umber wash on mine.

that looks awsome. I could only hope mine looks as good as that. I won't be detailing it all that much. The raw umber wash looks great.

Fermis, I just looked through your thread. Your model is unreal. Thanks for passing on the reference  website. I looked around for about 5 seconds and added it to my favorites.
