You may be able to buff it out, a soft tissue and some toothpaste might work. A dip in Future after that could help too.

Christopher - Late reply, I know, but you can try sanding the clear parts with finer and finer grit sandpaper. Worked for me with a Spitfire canopy that had a big seam in it.

Start with some 400 grit and give it a good wet sanding. Then repeat the process with some 800 grit and move on up to some 1500 grit. You can go finer if you want but I stopped there. Dip the clear parts in some future, let them sit for 24 hours and call 'em done. Sounds like alot of work but it goes pretty quick. Just be careful handling the parts so you don't crack them.
