I've also got one started but had to stop when I moved.

It isn't a bad kit, but there are some inaccuracies with it...but nothing that anyone not familiar with Chinooks will really notice. For example, the instructions call for the "eyebrow" windows (those above the cockpit) to be tinted green. this is wrong as they are clear. With the AH-47A and CH-47C, the standoffs for the High Frequency Antennae on the port sideof the aircraft are too long and should be cut down.

There are other issues, but as I mentioned most people won't notice. A common mistake that many make is getting the forward and aft rotor heads and blades mixed up. When viewed from above the forward rotor head turns in a counter clockwise direction, while the aft head rotates in a clockwise direction (I've also seen this on CH-46 models as well)

Just waiting on gettign some free time to complete this beast.

I've got one, but haven't done anything but check out the parts on the trees!  If it were a real Chinook that would be really bad for the crew!

Yes, I'm keeping my day job!

Clear Left!
