I have looked at the Trumpeter kits in person....I really like the 1/24 scale WWII aircraft kit line up BUT! GEEZ!
These are NOT 100 plus dollar model kits! 50.00 or 70.00 tops maybe!
If they did a Chinook in 1/35 I would maybe pay 70.00 and not a dime more!
I would rather go back and complete my custom 1/48 Aurora Chinook before I pay that kind of price!

As much as I am excited about that new 1/72 scale German U-BOOT from Revell of Germany ....I'm glad I pre-ordered mine at 16.99 each back in August 03 before the U.S. price was finalized at 49.00 to 59.00!
...otherwise 50.00 or more?...probably not!... its only 115 parts!
