Still a work in progress this is my 1/48 (?) ESCI BO-105 converted to the Medevac role for the Scottish Ambulance Service. Still lots of work to do, the rotors are just getting started and there is still a few pieces of equipment to be completed and stowed in the passenger area but the home made decals are in place and the masks are off.
Nice work so far! I'm not a big helo fan but it's really nice to see something out of the ordinary. Non-military but not strictly civilian either. I look forward to seeing it finished. What did you use to make the decals? I really like the Scottish Ambulance Service crest.

My decals were created using Photo Abode CS2 and printed to white paper at 200 dpi then taken to a local print shop with sheets of both clear and white decal paper. They run them through their Dock 12 color copier for me (costs a buck) then I treat them with decal fixative and am ready to get busy. I used the same process to make the decals for my YB-40 project over on the aircraft board.
I'm calling this one done.
Very nice build Swanny! And I'm a big fan of helicopters, military, civilian - whatever. Keep'em comin' and have a nice day

The cockpit and cabin detail is awesome
The paint finish is excellent and nice job on making your own decals as well
I really like your "little canary".
Kind regards
John .
Swanny,
Very nice! I worked on some of the first Bo-105's in the States back in 1973. I'll have to dig out a few shots. I have a couple of those kits stashed away. I worked for Air Marine and ours were red and white.

Nice work on this one, Matt. Nice to see something a little different. Thanks too for the ideas on decaling.
