Thanks for the replies and research.  I broke down and ended up getting one off ebay for $88 shipped.  From a US address.  Ahhh, I feel a lot better knowing I'll have a 53E back in my stash again.  Will attempt to post pics of A/C I built for OIC soon.

Forget previous post; checked ebay site, all 53e's listed were in South Korea! Some had $20 shipping fees!  Sorry!     internet hobbies shows one at $71.20, states ships in 2-3 days.  www.internethobbies.com or 1-800-873-9893;  good luck!

I know you stated you do not want to go ebay, but I sat up til 4am the other morning checking out each page of helos they have and there were quite a few CH-53Es listed, many being "buy it now" and many being for much less than list price.  Not trying to advertise for ebay, but was really surprised at the number of those particular kits advertised.  Will keep looking elsewhere for you.  Semper Fi.
