Thank you for that information!  I'll check it out.  I imagine I'll find what I need there.

Go to Google and enter "Oklahoma National Guard"--I checked it out and found some good info and pictures you will find useful.  You can even enter "Blackhawks" after the word "Guard" for more specific info.  There was one good side view, taken on 4/8/2006; it showed no specific National Guard markings (sometimes might have the 2-letter state I.D., followed by "NG"--such as:" OK-NG "above or below the tail number; or the previously noted emblem on the pilot's doors).  The tail number was "24416".  Check out this web address for the picture:  www.flickr.com/photos/oklanationalguard/3638881512/sizes/l/in/photostream/

Also, you might try contacting one of the units flying the Blackhawk (the 150th Assault Battalion is one in Oklahoma) and tell them what you are doing and what you want; as long as it does not violate any security matters, they are usually very cooperative and helpful.  Hope this helps and Good Luck!

That's okay.  I'm sure I'll find some eventually.  And, I will post pics.  Thank you!

Sorry, I don't know any tail numbers for OK ARNG birds.  Good luck on the build and show us some pics when you get going on it.

I didn't realize that.  I suppose my main concern would be a tail number for an aircraft specific to the OK ANRG.  I have all three versions of the 1/35 Academy kit, the AH-60L DAP, UH-60 and MH-60G.

There aren't really any specific markings for OK ARNG (ARmy National Guard) UH-60s.  About the only special insignia that may be on it (not all have them) is the ARNG emblem on the pilots' doors.

The ARNG insignia.

What kits do you have?  The Academy 1/35 UH-60A/L kit has the ARNG decals in it.

Hello.  I'm from Oklahoma and have a couple of Academy's Blackhawk kits.  I'd like to make one in the markings of an Oklahoma ANG bird, but I don't know a good source of pictures for the real thing.  I've scoured the internet, but, maybe I'm not looking in the right place.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
