Do you have some more info on it.  I have never heard of the company G-Marks.

There are a few different H-13/Bell 47 models though.  Revell has a 1/35 H-13H model as a MASH helo.  Academy/MRC also has a 1/35 H-13D that can be built as an early gunship, a MASH medevac, or a USCG HTL-4 with floats.  Italeri has a 1/72 and 1/48 scale OH-13S too.

Very ,very hard to find. The  1/20 G-Mark Bell 47G-2 was made in Japan, probably, in the 70's. It is a 1/20 scale kit with plastic cabin and detail parts, and a soldered  metal tail boom, and a beautiful brass rotor shaft.

I paid $250 for mine around 1989 or 90. There is a web site currently offering one for $2500.  No,  I did not misplace a decimal. That's $2500.00.

Also found one on a Japanese website yesterday that had sold recently for the equivalent of $400 US Dollars.

WOW!! Thats nuts.  There is a 1/20 H-13 built-up in the current Reader's Gallery in the OCT FSM.  It didn't say the maker of the kit though.  It looks nice, but not worth that much.  Good luck.

I have one of these 1/20 scale Bell 47's- a friend gave it to me in the late 80's- he built it years before and it had become damaged as in plastic parts missing- It is for sale.

What I have... is really the best stuff!

frame- 100% complete nothing bent, broken- painted orange (i was going to convert it into a Batcopter)

rotor assembly- 100% complete- although I removed one of the blades for ease of storage- I have the original screws and pins

Engine- built very nicely and complete with some fuellines.

canopy- great shape, no bad scratches, NO cracks. No doors, but the door frames are here and still have the hinge drop outs.

cabin - i have the original shell (painted orange) and the back of the seat. I DO NOT have the controls nor the seat bottom- this is really all that is missing.

I have the rear rotor 100%- both fuel tanks-wheels- some kind of little coil cooler that munted to the frame9 bad glue seal on that one) and a lamp.

and once again alll the screws i took off myself.

The entre thing was dissasembled by me right after i recieved it and cleaned, then painted orange for my conversion- then like so many other kits, it was stashed away for the next day which never came- if anyone is interested i can be reached at kryptosdaddy at yahoo.com.
